The student accommodation in leeds is amazing. Not only do they have 24 hour maintenance, bills included with their rent and 100% renewable energy resources with the utility bills when possible...but they also offer burglary alarms, furniture, fire alarms, washing machine, electric shower and much, much more!! It was all very impressive. The lifestyle of those who live here is elite and well taken care of. What a caring environment and one that makes life a bit easier. Without having to worry about so many bills and ealing with uncaring landlords...I'd say these tenants have it VERY well!!
