What A Great Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was a great but busy time, not only did we have to have Thanksgiving with both my Mom and Dad but also with Jenna's family. On Thanksgiving day we stayed at Jenna's and had lunch with her parent's and grandparents, later on that night we went out to my Mom's to have Thanksgiving with her and my grandparents. Friday I had to work all day, that wasn't fun being the day after Thanksgiving and all. Saturday we then had Thanksgiving on my Dad's side, Denise and her family were even able to come up and celebrate it with us. It was busy but really fun.

I Hate Working Retail

Working retail sales the day after Thanksgiving really sucks. One reason is because you open up 2 hours earlier than normal, and you are also open 2 later than normal. I guess the main reason that this bothers me is because I have to work all day. I switched hours with a friend because I have Thanksgiving tomorrow and I was suppose to work. So here I am for 13 hours today, I hope it goes fast.

Still No Word

So I have still heard nothing from BMS, and I'm kind of worried. I know that God has plans for me, plans that will allow me to grow in faith with him, and make me greatful for everything that he has provided for me. So I have learned that everyday we should thank God for all of the blessing that he has provided for us not only today but also the blessings to come. God is good.

My Dad is Engaged

So my Dad has been seeing this wonderful lady from Georgia for some time now, and he proposed to her this past week. It's a great story how they met on Eharmoney.com and how God worked to bring them together after she went through some tough times. Her name is Denise and I've met her once last February. She is a very nice, christian woman that is a great match for my Dad. They are planning on getting married December 15 in Georgia.
