Beautiful Weather

What a nice day to be outside working. I thought it might rain today, but I think for the most part it is supposed to be a fairly pleasant afternoon. It may rain tonight...but hopefully it will hold off until then...as I work some outdoors and love it when the weather is so beautiful! I also hope that this nice weather continues on into the weekend...because my wife and i are going to spend some time on the lake with family for the holidays.

I have come across many reality dating shows, but none compare to the one I recently came across online. Lots to do

I'm going to have lots to do this week/weekend while Jen's gone to her Preschool's Graduation. With her being pregnant I really didn't want to do a lot of the painting that needs to be done or the deep cleaning while she was here. So it's a perfect time for me to get some of these big jobs done. I'm gonna miss her though...I always miss her when she's away...even if it's only for a couple days.

Our Home

In January I accepted a new job and my wife and I had only a month to get our things packed up and ready to move. It wasn't much time...but we did it and are now renting a home. Our ultimate goal is to buy a home of our own, but with the little time that we had to prepare for our move...buying a home was the last thing on our mind. Although it is still something that we're very serious about doing...planning for a new baby in the next few months...as well as working fulltime...I don't forsee it happening anytime in the really near future. The home that we're renting has some work that needed to be done...so my uncle (the landlord) is starting to do some of these updates. Currently we are waiting for the grass to start growing, as he just put the seed down last week. We are really hoping and praying for a lot of rain here soon so that it begins to grow and make for a beautiful yard.

PPP Love

My brother-in-law is actually the one who introduced me to PayPerPost and all that it has to offer! Mother's Day Weekend

It was so great having the entire weekend off to spend with my wife! We are expecting our first child...so it was fun to spend Mother's Day with her!!:) We also were able to spend time with each of our mom's, to let them know how truly special they are to us. It was a great weekend because it's not every day that we get to spend so much time with our families. With work and other things keeping us busy, a weekend to just relax and be with family was wonderful! I'm hoping that I get many more of those weekends now that the busy season is over with.

House work

I'm really happy that the busy season is over now. Mainly because I can now help my uncle get the rest of the things done around our house. Last night we spent a lot of time leveling off the ground in our yard so that he can lay the seed down and get the air conditioner hooked up. That all should be done by this weekend! After that they're going to work on laying a new driveway and sidewalk, as well as put carpet down in our basement and finish up our kitchen! We're very excited to see it all done.

Busy Season Coming To An End

I'm really happy because the busy season is winding down and I won't be out in the field too much longer. This busy season hasn't been too bad, but I've missed spending quality time with my wife and I can't wait until I can start working normal hours again so I can see her more and help her out around the house more. I feel like I've been missing out on so many things...seeing family, going to her brother's graduation, going to church, etc. Hopefully it won't be too much longer and things will be back to normal.
