Rain

It is beginning to look like rain outside. We've been pretty lucky not to have much rain through the month of April...so I'm thinking that there will be some rain in May. We're under a thunderstorm watch right now, so it's nice that it held off until tonight after I got off work.

Busy, Busy, Busy

I feel bad for my wife, because lately I've been working so late, leaving her with all the responsibility at home. She does so much, and I appreciate that a lot! Last night it was nice, because, due to the rain, I was able to get off work early so I could go with her to get some groceries. I liked being able to do that, so that she's not having to go get all the groceries by herself, load them in the car, and then unload them at home. Although we don't have much time these days to spend together, it's nice the time we do get.:)

Working Outside

The weather has been a little weird lately. Last week it was so warm that I thought we were going to have to turn on our air conditioner for the first time this year, but then this week is very, very cool. It's not cold enough to have to wear a jacket, but if you're going to venture outside, layers would be recommended. I don't mind the cooler temps, but am just so looking forward to summer. It's been nice for me at work though, because cooler temps when working outside make my days a lot easier to enjoy.
